Who receives your data

What we collect
What you type in the form: name, phone, city, utility company and approximate bill. To keep proof of your consent, also: the exact text you accepted and its version, the date and time, your IP address, your browser and the page you sent the form from. We receive all of it directly from you.
How we use it
To call or text you about your solar evaluation, as you accepted in the form; to give you information about Lease and PPA programs; to keep proof of your consent; and to comply with the law. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
With our hosting and storage provider (Vercel) and our calling-platform provider, who use it only to provide their service to us, and with the solar program or installer who serves you if you go ahead. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Your contact details, while we are in touch with you or until you ask us to delete them. The record of your consent, for 1 year, so we can show that you gave us permission.
Your rights in California
You can ask to know what data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Write to privacidad@energiadelsolca.com or call (619) 782-6086; we will confirm it is you before we answer. And you can ask us at any time to stop calling or texting you: reply STOP to a message or ask on a call.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, we will post the new version here with its date.
